How it Works.

We start with a simple phone interview to see what your needs may be and if we can help you. You can call us directly at 360.544.7309, or use the contact form at the bottom of any page. Leave a return number and the best time to call you. There is no hard sell and no obligation to do anything. We are only interested in offering a service to those who are interested.

What Does it Cost?

There are several rates that we offer depending on the amount of time needed to create the meals you desire. The minimum number of hours is usually four to six (including shopping and clean-up). If you do the clean-up you save an hour. 

Weekly meal prep takes between six and eight hours, and that supplies an entree (for one or two persons) for five days, plus a salad, side dish and soup. Every client has different needs and the menu will vary accordingly. We discuss this in detail beforehand.
